Over 35 years of serving companies in recruiting sales and sales management in medical, pharmaceutical, industrial, consumer, financial, business to business and engineering companies. Helped many companies build winning sales teams with the best results achievable in sales and stability. Actively maintain contact with 1000’s of sales people who we have placed in last 35 years.  These people are a great source for referrals and leads on the best people available.

Born and raised in Washington State. Married for 40+ years with 3 children and 5 grandchildren.

Founded McIntire & Carr, the Issaquah Food Bank, Issaquah Kiwanis AM club and “Helping Hands” which serves women and children moving in greater Seattle area.  ​​
